*Tip: Roast off some peanuts to top your meal for some extra crunchy and toasty bits.
Ingredients
- 400g Mt Barker Massaman Chicken Curry
- 250g Pre-cooked coconut rice
- 1 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
- 1-2 Fresh green chillies
- 1-2 Fresh red chilllies
- 1 Handful of fresh coriander
- 1/2 Handful of fresh mint
*Optional peanuts for roasting and garnishing
