Chinese Chicken Stir-Fry

*Any high smoke-point vegetable oil will do.
Ingredients
- 1 pk Hokkien noodles (450g)
- 1 med Red capsicum
- 1 med Green capsicum
- 1 med Yellow capsicum
- 1 med Brown onion
- 100g Snow peas
- 2-3 Bok choy
- 1 pk Mt Barker Chinese Chicken meal (400g)
- 1 med Carrot – julienned
- 100g Wok bok cabbage
- 1 Spring onion
- 2-3 tbsp Canola oil*
